“I have always had a passion for charcoal, for fire and for meat. The question I asked myself was simple: what should the braceria of my dreams look like?

The answer was clear: wood, marble, black iron. A large open brazier. A kitchen that does not hide, but lives together with the hall.

No artifice, no scenery, just substance: the real taste of meat, accompanied by carefully chosen wines and spirits.

Premiata Braceria Toscana was born from this vision: to create a place where meat becomes culture, where every cut tells a story, where substance prevails over words.”

Our main strength is the team. It is thanks to working together if the fire burns, if every service comes to life, and if our philosophy becomes reality: to offer the most intense sensory experience in the world of minced meat and wine.

The roots of our authenticity

Animal husbandry is at the heart of our philosophy. We collaborate with certified realities that respect nature and animal welfare, avoiding all intensive practices. From Valdichiana, with companies such as the’Agricola Firli, to the rest of Italy, to Spain and other European excellencies, we build lasting relationships with those who share our same values. Each visit to the farms is a way of guaranteeing transparency, control and quality.
